Respirelax+ offers 5 minutes of practice for 5 hours of well-being.
Improve your breathing, manage stress better, and work on heart coherence with Respirelax+. The evolution we offer today includes user-friendly features regardless of your level of practice and allows you to go even further with an enhanced PERSONALIZED program. It is free, effective, and easy to use, even in "airplane" or "offline" mode, thanks to its very intuitive design. The application, exercises, content, and sound environment have been developed in collaboration with Yves-Vincent DAVROUX, Respiratory Therapist, and breathing expert at Thermes d'Allevard.
With this new version, you can now:
<ul>
<li>Easily manage the duration of sessions to adapt your practice to your daily sessions</li>
<li>Benefit from a new visual and sound environment that is soothing and energy-efficient</li>
<li>Adjust settings according to your practice and expectations by selecting visual and/or sound mode</li>
<li>Practice exercises offline anywhere, preferably in nature</li>
<li>Use headphones or audio headset in sound mode to focus on your practice without being disturbed by external environments</li>
<li>Pair the application with a portable speaker for group sessions in "airplane" or "offline" mode without being interrupted by a call</li>
</ul>
Additional usage information:
<ul>
<li>For beginners, always start with the BEGINNER mode</li>
<li>Encourage regular practice, at least once a day, to verify the effects</li>
<li>Prefer a sustainable frequency of sessions</li>
<li>Integrate the exercises as a philosophy of life, a reconciliation with oneself and nature</li>
<li>Never force</li>
<li>If you feel dizzy or experience respiratory discomfort, stop the session and return to natural breathing</li>
<li>Promote deep, gentle, and calm breathing with the diaphragm</li>
<li>Take the time to progress gradually and integrate the programs</li>
</ul>
